Frequently asked questions
These are the questions that come up before a renovation starts, about the visit, about work in a home you live in and about what happens between the steps. For questions about a specific job, open that service's page, or ask us directly by phone, on WhatsApp or through the form.
We work across the center and south, from Rishon LeZion to Be'er Sheva.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, that is possible. In that case we talk at the visit about which rooms the work covers, what needs to be cleared and how you keep using the rest of the home in the meantime.
That depends on the job and on what suits you. It helps if you are there for the first visit and for the walk-through at the end. For the rest, we agree in advance how we get in and who is home.
Yes. Several rooms can be part of one job, for example a bathroom and a kitchen, or painting the whole apartment. At the visit we see all the rooms and agree on the order and the timing together.
Make a list of what you want done and any questions you have. If you have photos of things you like, show them to us. Keep the rooms involved accessible, so we can see the walls, floors and connections.
On Friday we work from 08:00 to 14:00. On Saturday we are closed. Sunday to Thursday the hours are 08:00 to 20:00, so a visit can be set on any of those days.
Once we have seen the space, we agree with you on the scope of the job and the timing. When both are settled, the work goes on the schedule.
That is part of what we agree on together after the visit. On some jobs you pick items such as tiles or faucets, and on others we bring what is needed. It is settled in advance for each job.
Talk to us. A change in scope is agreed together, the same way as the original scope, and the timing may shift with it. Raising a change early makes it easier to plan around.
