Office Renovation

Office renovation differs from home renovation in one main question: how the business keeps running during the work. The space is divided into zones, partitions and ceilings are planned around how the team works, and people move from zone to zone in order. Arka renovates offices across the center and south, from Rishon LeZion to Be'er Sheva.

What the job covers

  • Drywall partitions for meeting rooms, quiet rooms and work corners
  • Drywall ceilings and dropped ceilings
  • Tile, cladding or parquet in work and reception areas
  • Plaster, smoothing and paint on walls and ceilings
  • Renovating the office kitchenette and restrooms
  • Taking out and hauling away old partitions and furniture

Good to know

Before the visit, sketch the office, even by hand, and mark where each team sits, where the printers and servers are, and which rooms must stay in use the whole time. That sketch becomes the basis for the stages. It shows ahead of time which zone closes first, where its people move to and what stays open until the end.

In an office, when the work happens matters as much as what gets done. Loud, dusty jobs, like taking down partitions and cutting drywall, can be grouped into hours when fewer people are in, or onto Fridays. Quieter jobs, like painting, fit into a normal working day. Arka works Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00.

Coordinate with building management ahead of time: when materials can be brought up, whether there is a freight elevator and where debris can sit until haul-away. If the office has sensitive equipment, like computers, a network cabinet or files, it needs to be covered or moved before the dust starts. A list like this saves stoppages midway.

How it works

  1. You contact Arka

Call, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the form. Tell us what the job is and which city the home is in, in Hebrew, Russian or English.

  2. We see the space

We come to your apartment or house, look at the rooms the work involves and talk with you about what you want and what the space needs.

  3. Scope and timing agreed

Together we agree on what the work includes and when it happens. The job starts from that shared plan, with both sides knowing what was agreed.

  4. The work is done

The work is carried out as agreed. Questions that come up along the way, about a material or a change, go to you before we continue.

  5. Walk-through together

When the work is finished, we walk through it with you, room by room, and look together at everything that was done.
