- Phone number
- Email address
- The service you are interested in
- A preferred date, if you choose to give one

What not to send
We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not put ID numbers, bank or card details, or health information in your message.
How we use it
We use this information only for these purposes:
- To get back to you, arrange a visit and handle your inquiry
- To manage our business relationship with you, if you agree on a job with us
- To see which channels and ads bring inquiries
- To run the site, keep it secure and measure how it is used
What we do not do with it
We will not use your information for any other purpose without asking for your consent.
We will not send you advertising messages without your express prior consent.
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Giving us information is voluntary
You are not legally required to give us any information. Whether you do is up to you and depends on your consent.
Without your name and contact details we cannot get back to you about your inquiry. You can always call us instead of using the form.
Who receives it and why
Your information goes only to these recipients, each for the purpose shown:
- Supabase and Vercel: hosting for the site and the business's customer management system, to store and handle your inquiry
- Resend: sending an email about your inquiry to the business's inbox
- GENESIS 98, the agency that built and runs the website: recording the inquiry and its attribution in its own system, to run the site and report inquiries to the business
- Google: site usage data through Google Analytics, as explained below
Measuring how the site is used
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and how people reach them. It loads from your first visit and uses cookies. On your first visit a notice at the bottom of the screen explains this and lets you opt out.
Google receives information about the visit, such as the pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived.
GENESIS 98 also runs a page-view counter for the business that uses no cookies. It receives the page address, the page or site you came from and the campaign source, if there is one. Like any request to a server, the request also carries your IP address and browser details. If you have opted out, your visit is counted as a page view only, with no visitor identification.
You can switch off Google Analytics, and turn it back on, with the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of every page. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
The site has no advertising pixels and no advertising cookies.
Transfer of information outside Israel
The servers of Vercel, Supabase, Resend and Google are outside Israel, including in the United States. Your information is therefore transferred outside Israel and stored and processed there.
It goes to these providers so they can deliver their service to us, not for their own use.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship with you, or for as long as the law requires. Information we no longer need is deleted.
Google Analytics visitor-level data is kept for no more than 14 months.
Security
Access to the information is limited to the people who handle inquiries. Information travels between your browser and the site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No system connected to the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law you may:
- See the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law)
- Ask us to correct or delete information that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the Law)
- Ask us to delete your information once it is no longer needed
How to make a request
Write to office@arkarenovations.co.il. We will answer within 30 days. We may ask for details to confirm the request comes from you.
If you believe your information was not handled lawfully, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority at Israel's Ministry of Justice.
