Apartment Painting
Apartment painting covers every room in one job: the living room, bedrooms, hallway, and often the kitchen and bathroom too. Arka plans the order of the rooms, prepares walls and ceilings, and paints the whole apartment. We paint apartments across the center and south, from Rishon LeZion to Be'er Sheva.
What the job covers
- Moving furniture to the center of each room
- Covering floors, cabinets and outlets with plastic and paper
- Filling small holes and cracks, then sanding before paint
- Painting ceilings and walls in every room
- One color for the whole apartment or a different color per room
- Removing all covers and a walk-through together at the end
Good to know
In a full apartment, the order of the rooms matters. Work tends to start in the rooms that can be cleared completely, and the room you still sleep or work in comes last. On the first visit we go through every room together and mark what gets painted, what stays as it is, and whether the ceilings are part of the job. That way you know ahead of time which room will be closed off and when.
Before work starts, pick colors for the whole apartment rather than one room at a time. One base color for the hallway and living room keeps the space continuous, and a different color can go into a kid's room or a study. If there is a wet room such as a bathroom or kitchen, think about a paint that suits humidity and frequent cleaning.
What you can prepare: empty open shelves, take pictures, curtains and frames off the walls, and pack anything fragile. Large furniture moves to the middle of the room and gets covered. An empty apartment between tenants is simpler to work in, but an apartment you live in can be painted too.

We come to your apartment or house, look at the rooms the work involves and talk with you about what you want and what the space needs.
Scope and timing agreed
Together we agree on what the work includes and when it happens. The job starts from that shared plan, with both sides knowing what was agreed.
The work is done
The work is carried out as agreed. Questions that come up along the way, about a material or a change, go to you before we continue.
Walk-through together
When the work is finished, we walk through it with you, room by room, and look together at everything that was done.
Questions about Apartment painting
Yes, in most cases. The work goes room by room, so there is always somewhere to sleep and cook. We set the order together on the visit, based on which rooms you need to use at each stage.
Only if you want it to. On the visit we look at the ceilings, and if there are stains or a color change around light fixtures we decide together whether to paint them. That decision goes into the agreed scope.
It depends on the size of the apartment, the number of rooms, how much patching the walls need, and whether it is empty or lived in. The schedule is agreed after the visit, once we have seen the space.
