Rental Apartment Refresh
A rental property refresh fits the gap between one tenant moving out and the next moving in. The aim is to bring the apartment back to a clean, orderly state, fix what has worn and choose finishes that are easy to maintain from one tenant to the next. Arka refreshes rental apartments across the center and south, from Rishon LeZion to Be'er Sheva.
What the job covers
- Filling holes from hangers and shelves and repairing wall damage
- Painting the apartment in one neutral shade
- Cleaning or replacing grout in bathrooms and the kitchen
- Replacing worn faucets, shower heads and siphons
- Adjusting doors and replacing handles and interior locks
- Clearing out items left behind in the apartment
Good to know
As soon as the previous tenant leaves, walk through the apartment with your phone and photograph every room. Holes in walls, stains, fallen cabinet doors, darkened grout and dripping faucets all go on the list. With the photos and the list you can book a visit and agree on a scope that fits the gap you have before the next tenant arrives.
In a rental it pays to choose finishes that are easy to repair next time. One paint shade for the whole apartment lets you fix a single wall without repainting everything. Handles and faucets of a common model are simple to replace. Keep a little of the paint and a few spare tiles, so the next repair uses exactly the same material.
The work order here is short and focused: clearing and wall repairs first, then paint, and finally grout, fittings and door adjustment. If the apartment is still occupied until a certain date, it can be visited ahead of time, the list agreed and materials prepared, so work starts on the day it is vacated.
How it works
You contact Arka
Call, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the form. Tell us what the job is and which city the home is in, in Hebrew, Russian or English.
We see the space
We come to your apartment or house, look at the rooms the work involves and talk with you about what you want and what the space needs.
Scope and timing agreed
Together we agree on what the work includes and when it happens. The job starts from that shared plan, with both sides knowing what was agreed.
The work is done
The work is carried out as agreed. Questions that come up along the way, about a material or a change, go to you before we continue.
Walk-through together
When the work is finished, we walk through it with you, room by room, and look together at everything that was done.
Questions about Rental property refresh
Yes. Say during the visit when the apartment is vacated and when the next tenant moves in. That gap decides what goes into the job and what can wait. If the gap is short, the focus goes first to what the tenant will see and use on move-in day.
One light, neutral shade on every wall is a practical choice. It works with any furniture, and a single wall can be touched up without a visible difference. Write down the shade name and keep some paint for the next repairs.
You do not have to be. If you live far from the apartment, the list can be agreed during the visit, a key left, and you stay in touch by phone and WhatsApp. At the end you walk through the finished apartment together, at a time agreed in advance.
